Ningbo Welley INTL Trade CO LTD is equipped with five production lines, casting, forging, machining, welding and metal profile extrusion.The materials usually used are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,ductile irons, grey irons, etc. 

The first production line is casting. It contains lost wax casting and machining. Products weights range from 0.1-100kgs, with max sizes at 500*600mm, and wall thickness between 2-50mm. Water glass casting Process,The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT 7-8.Silica sol casting Process,The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT 5-6. Sand casting. With this process, we can cast products with weights range from 40-3000kgs, max sizes 1000*2000mm. The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT10-12.

The second production line is forging, including close die forging and open die forging processes. Close die forgings have features of simple structure, such as up-down or front-back structure, the weight controled is about 0.1-25kg. Open die forgings are with very simple structures, too. Weight ranges from 40kgs to 15000kgs each part. Equipments are 160tons/320tons/630tons/1600tons friction press and 3150tons, 5000tongs, 6300tons and 10000tons hydraulic press. 

The third production line is machining. We are equipped with 4CNC, 3NC lathes, 7 lathes, 2 sets milling machine, 3 sets drilling machine, 2 sets of painting systems. Besides machining casting and forging parts, we will make products machining directly from solid materials. These products are customized parts only. We produce according to drawings/samples from customers. 

The fourth production line is welding.  NINGBO Welley INTL TRADE CO.LTD supply welding products and service in China. Welding fabrication works adopts to weld cut steel plates, steel tubes, or round bars technic process. Our factory is equipped with Laser Welding Equipment, SMAW, GMAW and SAW equipments. The main material is medium carbon steel, low carbon steel and high strength steel. Material composition ” C “ can not be high, such as Q235, Q345. we are good at producing large-scale steel fabrication parts, heavy equipment parts, excavators and loaders.   

                                                                                                                                                                                     

The fifth production is metal profile manufacuring. Metal profiles, such as steel tube, steel sheet, angle steel profile, aluminum extrusions, are made by laser cutting, hot rolling, hot extrusion, cold drawing and cold rolling processes.  Materials used can be carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, or even plastics. 

To control the quality, we’ve been equipped with various testing equipments, such as spectrum, Magnetic Partical Inspection Instrument, UT equipment, CMM, Tensile Strength tester, Impact testing machine(-40℃), Hardness tester. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and has a good cooperation with the third party inspection company SGS. Thanks to the good quality offered, our products have a good reputation among customers. Our products are mainly exported to advanced countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, German, Italy, etc.

Welley import and export department handles all our import and exporting businesses. Products imported and exported not only include metal parts, but also include plastic products, rubber products, etc.
